Meet The Doctors
David Sabir, M.D. - Ophthalmologist
Dr. David Sabir has been at Northern Eye Center PA since 1997. He performs a wide range of surgical and medical treatments for many eye disorders including cataract surgery, macular degeneration (including Avastin and Lucentis injections), glaucoma (medical and surgical management), corneal transplants, LASIK (refractive surgery), cosmetic eyelid surgery, diabetic surgery, and many others.
Dr. Sabir was born and raised in Salt Lake City, UT. He attended the University of Utah and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in biology in 1989 and his Doctorate of Medicine in 1993. Dr. Sabir received the award for outstanding medical student entering a surgical specialty in 1993.
He received his advanced eye surgical training at the University of Minnesota where he was involved in numerous research studies and publications. Dr. Sabir sees patients at all Northern Eye Center locations in Central Minnesota.
Bradley Adams, O.D. - Optometrist
Dr. Bradley Adams has been at Northern Eye Center PA since 2008 and treats patients at our Brainerd office. He provides comprehensive eye care and is board-certified to medically and pharmacologically diagnose and treat ocular diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eyes.
Dr. Adams was born in Davenport, IA. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in 1989. He completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern California College of Optometry in 1993.
Dr. Adams is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served as the head of the optometry clinic at the Naval Hospital in Pensacola, FL.
Andrew Sabir, O.D. – Optometrist
Dr. Andrew Sabir is a dedicated and passionate optometrist with a rich background in eye care. His journey began as an ophthalmic assistant during high school, sparking a deep interest in the field. He went on to a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where he also worked as a certified ophthalmic assistant, further refining his skills and knowledge. Driven by his growing passion for eye care, Dr. Andrew Sabir pursued a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, Texas.
A proud native of Brainerd, MN, Dr. Andrew Sabir has a profound love for the outdoors. Whether hiking scenic trails, camping under the stars, or skiing down snowy slopes, he brings same energy and enthusiasm into his work. His areas of expertise include primary eye care, fitting soft and specialty contact lenses, diagnosing, and managing eye diseases, and pediatric eye care.
